Charles W. Newhall III, combat veteran of Vietnam and Society of the Cincinnati member, discusses and signs copies of his memoir about his harrowing experience in the A Shau Valley and the process of coming to terms with his past and the effect of post-traumatic stress disorder.

The event will take place at the Society of the Cincinnati (2118 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20008).
