Paris in the Present Tense: A discussion with acclaimed novelist Mark Helprin

Please join us as the National Churchill Library and Center welcomes Mark Helprin for a discussion of his new novel, Paris in the Present Tense, and the current state of U.S. foreign and defense policy.
