Please join us for this event at the National Churchill Library and Center, organized by Professor Dane Kennedy of the GW History Department. Professor Andrew Thompson will be discussing the question, What Happened to Humanitarianism During Decolonization?

Professor Thompson is a distinguished historian of the British Empire at the University of Exeter and Executive Chair of the Arts and Humanities Research Council of the United Kingdom.
