Landmark Society Author Talk: Being Nixon: A Man Divided, With Evan Thomas

October 13, 2015 @ 6:30 pm

Acquaint yourself with one of the most fascinating figures of the 20th century, as author Evan Thomas introduces Landmark Society members and guests to Nixon in a way no one has done before. Being Nixon is the ninth of Thomas’s books, which also include The Wise Men (with Walter Isaacson), The Man to See, The Very Best Men, Robert Kennedy and the New York Times bestsellers John Paul Jones and Sea of Thunder. For 30 years, Thomas wrote and edited at Time and Newsweek, including a term as Newsweek Washington bureau chief, from 1985-1996, and until his 2010 retirement, as editor at large.

The event will be held on Tuesday October 13, 2015 from 6:30-8:30pm. Registration is required. Free admission for Landmark Society members and 1 guest; members pay $15; non-members $20.
