Leibniz Lecture

Friedrich Lenger, Professor of Modern History at the Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, will give a lecture on Defining the Modern Metropolis: Universal Exhibitions from the Mid-Nineteenth to the Mid-Twentieth Century. The lecture, sponsored in cooperation with the German Research Foundation and the German Embassy, will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the German Historical Institute, and will be followed by a reception.
