George Yin, Edwin S. Cohen Distinguished Professor of Law and Taxation at the University of Virginia and former Chief of Staff of the U.S. Congress’ Joint Committee on Taxation will discuss “The Early Years of the U.S. Joint Committee on Taxation and Some Current Implications.”
